There are a wide variety of weight loss meals that are available today. But what I want to do is try and give you something more concrete. Rather than giving you a fish which is what microwaveable weight loss meals or instant weight loss meals is all about, I want to teach you to fish. Or more importantly to teach you how to cook healthy weight loss meals.
At the end of the day, any weight loss meal plans that cause a deficiency of calories will cause weight loss and help you shed the pounds easily. The problem comes in identifying a healthy weight loss meal plan and finding meals and foods that you can cook to lose the maximum amont of weight. It is important that you learn to create your own meal plans for weight loss so that you can better control your health and diet.
Even though convenience weight loss meals are plentiful, they usually cost more that creating healthy weight loss meals by yourself and as much as they might be healthy, they will often have too much salt which is not good, especially if you have hypertension. So, what is the solution to losing lots of weight while eating?
The best solution is to cook for yourself. And with the tips I’ll suggest, you should be able to create healthy and delicious weight loss meal plans that will keep you svelte and healthy for the rest of your life. So here are some tips to keep in mind when cooking your own weight loss foods:
1. Don’t add salt while you’re cooking. Add the salt on the surface of the food when you’re about to eat it.
2. Limit the oil used for pan frying or sautéing foods. I’d suggest know more than about a tablespoon per meal.
3. Use the healthy fats like olive oil, canola oil and peanut oil for frying. Avoid butter and other hard fats as much as possible.
4. Use Mrs. Dash, garlic, herbs and spices to create flavor rather than additional fat.
For maximum weight loss meals, I’d also suggest that you eat as much liquid foods as possible if you are serious about losing as much weight as you possibly can in the shortest time while still focusing on health. So for example, eat a lot of soups, in fact make a bowl of soup at least one of your meals per day. Include lots of veggies and salads and your weight loss meals will melt the fat off of you faster than you can say “hallelujah”
