So today is just going to be a short post on the fastest weight loss method period. Now as many of you know who have visited this blog, their are various methods of weight management, and I try to focus on the healthy weight loss techniques as I want you guys to succeed and to succeed honestly and to enjoy long term weight loss and abiding health. But I keep getting questions like, what is the fastest weight loss diet? and more times than not, what these folks are really asking is how to lose weight the fastest way possible.

And the short answer my friends is fasting for weight loss. When you aren’t eating any calories you’re going to lose a ton of weight. Now this isn’t the healthiest way to lose weight, but it does work and it works fast. But you need to manage a fasting weight loss properly if you’re going to have long term weight loss success.

I prefer folks to follow the lemon juice diet or the Master Cleanser diet as that way you are taking care of electrolytes which can be depleted during a longer fast. Secondly, check with your doctor before you put yourself on a weight loss fast. Also, don’t fast for  more than 7 days. A 7 day fast for weight loss is plenty. And if you’re looking for the fastest weight loss diet ever then I’d recommend intermittent fasting. The problem with full on fasting for losing weight is that your body can slow the metabolism. With intermittent fasting as the fastest weight loss method, you’ll not eat until supper time 2 or 3 times per week and the rest of the time you’ll eat sensibly. This fastest weight loss method has practically all the benefits of fasting for quick weight loss but without any of the side effects.
