1. The Lemonade Diet- As the name of the diet would suggest it would require to consume a lot of that healthy fluid. It is also called the Master Cleanse Diet. The user will have to drink a special lemonade formula for a period of about ten days. If this is done right the user should lose about one to two pounds everyday. To make the special formula you need about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice that was freshly squeezed, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup preferably one that is organic, a little cayenne pepper and a cup of purified water. You also have to make some salt water aside from the special lemonade and to make it you need 2 teaspoons of rock salt for a quart of water.
When you wake you have to drink the salt water. You will consume the lemonade through the day. At night you need to drink some herbal laxative tea. You may have some idea now why this diet is also called the Master Cleanse Diet. Be ready for some serious bowel movement especially in the morning.
2. The Hollywood Diet- This is also known as the 48 Hour Miracle Diet. This is actually a juice fast where in you will not be consuming anything except for that special juice. If done properly it is possible to lose as much as 5 pounds within a single day of using this diet. When you drink nothing else but the juice for a two day period your body will be detoxified and cleansed from any impurities. It is very important that you do not consume anything except for the special juice when you are on this diet.
3. Cabbage Soup Diet- with this diet it is possible to lose as much as ten pounds within a week period. During that period users are advised not to consume anything except for cabbage soup but they need to drink plenty of water and take some multivitamins to make sure that the body will not be lacking in some of the essential nutrients that it needs. This diet is pretty strict but you can consume as much cabbage soup that yo want. In order to make a day’s supply of cabbage soup you need a can of tomatoes, two pieces of green pepper, six pieces of green onions, a pack of soup mix, salt, pepper, a 48 ounce can of V8 juice, a can of mushrooms, carrots,celery, one half head of cabbage. As you might have noticed the name of the soup is kind of misleading.
