Quick Weight Loss Centers Review

I’m going to review one of the more popular weight loss programs out there, the Quick Weight Loss Centers that are available in most majors centers in America. As we get towards the Holiday Season and all the imbibing and eating that it entails, many folks are going to make New Year’s resolutions to lose weight. Many of those folks will be looking into Quick Weight Loss Centers because they’ve heard good things about the program. Most of us equate it with the Rush Limbaugh diet as he made the QWLC system popular as that was the program that he followed.

So how does this program stack up? Can you get quick weight loss with Quick Weight Loss Centers? Well, if you have a look at their website it certainly shows you a ton of folks who have lost substantial amounts of weight. Just scrolling through their testimonials they have 5 folks who have lost 90+ pounds on their program, and of course dozens who have lost 10+ pounds. So obviously the program does work and Rush Limbaugh lost 80 pounds or so and from what I can tell his recent shows have him looking like he’s still kept the weight off.

Now if you’re looking for Quick Weight Loss Centers Houston or Quick Weight Loss Centers Atlanta you’re going to be disappointed as they only have actual physical locations in Florida. But that is not the end of the world as you can join the Quick Weight Loss Centers home based program. The Quick Weight Loss Center cost for the home program is currently $449 as I write this so check their website for the current cost. In researching for this review I couldn’t find the cost for the main program. I’m sure it is substantial and probably over $1000 when it is all said and done, although that’s probably over a few months as I’m sure they hook you in to a monthly program.

You can develop your own fast weight loss diet with some nutrition tips for weight loss which I’ll share. From what I can tell, this Quick Weight Loss Centers program works. It’s been vetted by doctors and folks have success on it. It doesn’t require any exercise but it does require a calorically restrictive diet of around 1500 calories and you’re required to buy and use their supplements and aids.

Honestly, my opinion is that you can eat pretty much anything as long as you don’t go above 1500 calories and most of us will lose weight. However, to eat and lose weight consistently you need to eat calorically light foods. These are mostly whole and unprocessed foods. Salads, vegetables and fruits should make up most of your calories and then supplement with grains, beans etc. Also, eliminate sugars, oils and fried foods and you will have success. The bottom line is if you have the money and you need counselling support to stick to a diet regimen, then Quick Weight Loss Centers will work… if you follow it.
