Free weight loss diet:
The best free weight loss diet is going to be one that you’ll stick with, and I’d suggest, one that is simple to follow. So find a bunch, let’s say about 12 recipes, that you really like. You’ll notice that most people and I’m assuming you’re one of them use similar meals from week to week. So find those recipes for meals that you absolutely love.
Then all you need to do is make sure that you change the recipes so that they fit into a healthy diet, that is, if the recipes need changing. So if butter chicken is one of your favorite recipes, then try and halve the amount of butter used and perhaps use margarine instead so you cut down the saturated fat and cholesterol. Do the same with the chicken, try soy chicken breasts instead. If your recipe is any good, you’ll find that the soy chicken will taste just as good but without the saturated fat and cholesterol.
If there really is nothing that you can do to change the recipe that much, make sure you eat a reasonable and appropriate portion of the food you make. We get fat because we eat too much food, too many calories and too much of the wrong kinds of foods. You can check out MyPyramid.gov for more info on appropriate sizes of the different foods. Most of us will be astonished at how much bigger our serving sizes are than they should actually be.
Remember also that you should choose lower fat foods more often. So think of an apple instead of a snickers bar. Have a glass of water when thirsty rather than a glass of juice or pop or milk. These things add up. If you want something salty or savory have a crisp bread with a schmear of bean paste rather than a bowl of chips. The biggest thing you can do when it comes to a free weight loss diet that melts the pounds is to choose smaller portions then you might want. You’ll get used to it over time.
Free fast weight loss tips:
If you’re looking for some free fast weight loss tips to catapult your weight loss efforts into the stratosphere then try the following. Don’t use these free weight loss tips on an ongoing basis but they can be used short term for fast weight loss success. Have a water fast one day per week. Not eating for one day in a week will not harm you if you do it infrequently and you’ve just cut out 2,000 to 2,500 calories from your weekly caloric needs.
Some folks once a year or so go on a sun up to sun down diet or fast. This is practiced by many religions and for one week (some religions go for a whole month) you don’t eat anything as long as the sun is up. I call it the sun up diet. So you need to get up early if you want breakfast or alternatively you only eat dinner.
The key here is to try and keep your meal(s) that you can have when it is dark to a reasonable size. Although it is difficult to eat 2,000 calories of low fat wholesome food at one meal it can be done and you can quickly cheat on this diet too. So to sum up, the sun up diet allows you to eat only when the sun IS NOT shining. You only eat when it is dark but you can have as much water as you’d like and other non calorie beverages during the day. This is an effective action plan of fast weight loss tips.

There are a ton of free weight loss programs out there.
